SHIPPING

 All Meri Lou pieces are made to order and usually ship within 7–15 days. If you need your order by a specific date, please email us at info@merilou.com before placing your order.

 All items are insured for their full value and include tracking information.

 Orders over $200 are shipped with signature confirmation. If you request delivery without a signature, Meri Lou Jewelry is not responsible for any loss or damage after shipment.

 RETURNS

 Because each piece is made to order in small production, returns are only accepted if you receive an incorrect or damaged item.

 If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at info@merilou.com. Eligible items may be returned for a full refund, including shipping, or exchanged.

 All custom pieces are final sale.

 REPAIRS

 We are happy to repair Meri Lou pieces. Repairs are often complimentary, but some may require a small fee for materials depending on the case.

 Shipping fees for repaired items are the responsibility of the buyer.
